The "Small Diameter Internal Grooving" is a series of small diameter solid boring tools that respond to the diversification of internal diameter machining. The "NS10 type" of internal grooving boring tool is suitable for precision machining with a nose radius of "0" down to a minimum hole diameter of φ3.6. For the brazed type, we offer SLT20 (cermet) and SLT45 (K grade), which are typically prone to chipping. The base material flexibly contacts the chip to the workpiece, preventing chipping.
